Oscars Hangout is a fully licensed & family friendly cafe located on Hallmark Road, Epsom Park Estate in Mordialloc. They live in the “Old Tote Building” which was built in the early 1930’s and was part of the original Epsom Race Course. They serve an all day breakfast, delicious coffee, tasty lunch menu and an unbeatable $17 lunch special menu which is available from Tuesday to Friday. It also includes a free glass of wine or a soft drink!
